My Employer won’t Sponsor Green Card | How to Extend H1B Beyond 6 Years?
At the end of my H1B ( 6 years ) would I be able to apply for a green card? My employer did sponsor me with an H1B but they won’t apply for the PERM labor certification for any employees apparently. I read that at the end of the 6 years, you can apply for a green card but I didn’t understand if the application ( at the end of the 6 years ) must be sent from your employer

If I switch jobs after I-140 Approval and PD current, do I have to get a new PERM & I-140?
Once the I-140 is approved and you get a PD, if you switch jobs, will the PERM and I-140 be refiled, and will it take the same amount of time it took the first time?
