I held an H1B Visa 8 Years ago. Can I get a new H1B without Lottery, and am I still H1B Cap Exempt?
If I was on H1B from 2015 to 2017 (3 years), can I revive my H1B under H1B Cap Exempt as I did not use the entire 6 years? I am skeptical as it has already been 8 years since I had my H1B. I got my H1B approved and stamped last year. I got a full-time role this year and did an H1B transfer to a new employer, but I lost my job due to layoffs.
