Anonymous 1 Posted June 2, 2019 We applied for F2B Visa for my brother who lives in India. We applied in July 2012. The status became current as of March 2019. We are waiting for an interview to be scheduled. However, we have read an article that President Donald Trump is trying to pass a law that will affect this family-based green card process. Has there been any changes in F2B Visa? We are very concerned about this

Anonymous 1 Posted June 2, 2019 Thank you. We have been waiting for interview date to be scheduled since 3 months after we received an email from NVC that all our documents have successfully submitted. If these changes start coming, is it going to have any influence on my brother's case? Again, thank you so much for your support.
Hire IT People, Inc 1 Posted June 2, 2019 Usually nothing happens to cases already pending, unless the administration decides to overturn laws, which is unlikely to happen as it requires congressional approvals, changes to laws. Good luck.
