Is it possible to change mother name change in my passport,
How should we apply in US at CKGS portal I don’t see any information ?

Need of change is if visa officer observes my passport name is different than her passport it might be issue.

It does not matter and you don's have to change the name, she may carry an affidavit stating the reasons, please let me know if you need more information by replying to this thread.
