I have my H1B approved until 2026, and I plan to get it stamped In November when I travel to India. I am in the process of giving an interview, and if I pass, They will file my H1 transfer while I am in India.

My I-94 will change when I return to the US, so will it affect the H1 transfer initiated by the new company with my old I-94 number. They told me the whole process would take 6 – 8 weeks to get the approval notice from the time they file it, and I think I will be back in the US by that time.
