The husband and wife are on H1B Visas. | How do you add a child as a dependent for an H4 Visa?

H1B got picked in this 2023 lottery for my brother and his wife from different consultancies in India, and they are proceeding to file the petition for both of them. They have a kid. Now, while furnishing the details to the consultancy, under the dependants section – Do they both need to mention the Kid details only? Or spouse details as well ?

As both of them will file the H1B, only the kid should be mentioned as dependant rather than the spouse, right?!
