USCIS has released the May 2025 Visa Bulletin!
The new visa bulletin is out and there are some new updates!
We take a concise but in depth look at the most recent update on the availability of immigrant numbers for May is provided in this bulletin!
It draws reference to the “Final Action Dates” and “Dates for Filing Applications,” two significant dates that indicate when candidates should prepare and send their paperwork to the National Visa Center.
USCIS, in coordination with Department of State, is revising the procedures for determining visa availability for applicants waiting to file for employment-based or family-sponsored preference adjustment of status.
The revised process will better align with procedures the Department of State uses for foreign nationals who seek to become U.S. permanent residents by applying for immigrant visas at U.S. consulates and embassies abroad.
This might be the moment you’ve been waiting for! Take that next significant step toward your future while being optimistic and prepared!
