How to Upgrade pending H1B to Premium Processing? | What is the USCIS Fee for Premium Processing? |

I am on an H1B Visa, and my visa was filed for an extension after completion of the initial 3 years. The extension filing was done under the Normal category where the Amount paid to USCIS as per my I-797C Receipt Notice was $1960. As it’s been over 5 months, and I am still waiting for the USCIS decision, I am thinking of paying the additional fee to convert it to Premium processing to expedite it. Can you pl suggest if I can do it, and if Yes, then how much additional cost do I need to pay to USCIS?
