H4-EAD Pending Under Extension Process | H4 and H4 EAD gets Abandoned if I Travel to India?

My H4 and H4/EAD expire on 4 Dec 23, and I have applied for an extension. If I travel to India and get my H4 stamped, will it affect my H4 EAD extension application and the privilege to work while waiting for the EAD to be approved?
