I got my H1B approved and stamped last year. I got a full-time role this year and did an H1B transfer to a new employer, but I lost my job due to layoffs. I spoke to my previous employer, and luckily he has not revoked my H1B yet.
Please help me if I can return to the previous Employer with my previous H1B and work for them? It’s been 4 months since I had H1 transferred from my last employer.
My marriage is settled, and I have travel plans to India by the end of this month; I am worried now, considering my visa status and immigration.
Please help me if anyone has any details.
