Today, we have some important updates regarding the FY 2025 H-1B registration period and myUSCIS organizational account reminders.
On February 28th, 2024, USCIS launched new USCIS organizational accounts. These accounts allow multiple people within an organization, as well as their legal representatives, to collaborate on and prepare H-1B registrations, petitions, and associated Form I-907.

If you encountered technical issues with your account migration after February 14th, 2024, USCIS is working to address them. Please log back in to see if your issues have been resolved. Now, let’s talk about the FY 2025 H-1B registration period. It will open on March 6th, 2024, at noon Eastern Time and will run through March 22nd, 2024, also at noon Eastern Time.

During this registration period, USCIS will require registrants to provide valid passport or travel document information for each beneficiary. This information must match the document intended for use when entering the US with an H-1B visa.

In March, USCIS will launch online filing of Form I-129 and associated Form I-907 for non-cap H-1B petitions. Then, on April 1st, USCIS will start accepting online filing for H-1B cap petitions and associated Forms I-907 for selected registrations. To assist organizations and legal representatives, USCIS has launched Tech Talks sessions.

These sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions about organizational accounts and online filing of Form I-129 for H-1B petitions. Attendance is encouraged for all involved in the H-1B registration and petition filing process.
