BREAKING NEWS: USCIS has just announced the filing instructions for the new Parole in Place process for noncitizen spouses and stepchildren of U.S. citizens! Starting this Monday, 8/19, eligible applicants can file Form I-131F online to apply for Parole in Place. This process is aimed at keeping families together and providing a pathway for certain noncitizen family members of U.S. citizens to remain in the U.S.
